the leaders in the marketplace to further ensure our success and the 
satisfaction of our customers.
       
Continuous Improvement. We recognize that it is a privilege to work for our
customers. We welcome their feedback as we continue to build a relationship
with them. Just as positive feedback is an affirmation of the things that we  are doing right, negative feedback plays an equally important role by bringing
attention to those areas where we have opportunity for improvement. All of
our employees are expected to “react and relay” customer feedback. If a
situation  can be  addressed in the field, we expect our employees to react.
In all  instances our team will relay the feedback to management so that further
